With over three decades of professional experience, he has worked across structured public institutions and dynamic private organizations, gaining a rare balance of discipline and empathy. Currently serving as the HR Head at Wings Global Immigration Pvt. Ltd., he focuses on human relations and staff management, ensuring that people feel supported, understood, and aligned with their roles. His earlier experience as a Manager in Quality Control at the Food Corporation of India shaped his attention to process, accountability, and long-term impact.
Agaazmycareer grew from a simple but powerful observation that many capable students never get the chance to pursue careers aligned with their true interests or talents.
